Overview
We’re pleased to announce that the assembly of mass production has finally started last week. Early orders will leave the factory mid September. We appreciate your patience as we’re ramping up our daily output to fulfill all early orders within the 220-240 Volt range.
We started Minibrew with the idea to turn every beer lover into brewer and help the brewers of today to explore in a fast way what’s possible in the brewing landscape and globalize their craft beer
Mass Verification Run (MVR)
During each production build, we’ve made a small amount of units to verify the components assembly line, including all jigs that are in place before building all units. As we’re in mass production, we’re running a MVR to test everything before we build the full number of machines. This way of working irons outstanding points and keeps everyone aligned on progress. Below are a couple of pictures of our production line.
Assembly Line
Adding cover on kegs during production for protection
Before MVR production started, our manufacturer did a sub-assembly. We sub-assembled our top cover, hop motor, top housing, 3-way valve, back housing, base cover, mash tun, heater-cooler, CIP (Clean In Place) container and sensors.
Quality Control (QC)
During assembly of the MVR, our quality assurance engineers from The Netherlands, in collaboration with our manufacturer are testing all functional acceptance tests to ensure the unit makes a quality craft beer with fresh ingredients!
We are looking forward to delivering in November!
