Imperial Oatmeal Stout Beer im combination with a tasty Hamburger | Beer meets Food

What’s way better than a regular plain cheeseburger?  Yeah you guessed it… A beer infused burger!

This week, we will show you how to cook the best sliders! But this one will be infused in one of our favorite beers: the Oproer Imperial Oatmeal Stout! Not only it’s super easy, but it’s also really good! Try it out, you won’t be disappointed.

Imperial Stout MiniBrew

Oproer's Imperial Oatmeal Stout

Ingredients

For 2 servings you will need:

For the meat:

300g Beef mince

1 Egg

25 ml Oatmeal Stout

25g Breadcrumbs

3-4 splashes of Maggi Seasoning

1 Tsp Dried Oregano

1 Tsp Dried Thyme

1 Tsp Salt

1 Tsp Pepper

1 Tbsp oil

Condiments:

2 Burger Buns

Some Lettuce

2 Big Slices of Tomato

¼ Onion

2 pickles

2 Slices Pave Blond Leffe Cheese

Method

1: Mix in all of the ingredients for the meat (except the oil) in a deep bowl and mix thoroughly. Then, create flat little patties (which should be as thick as the buns).

2: Turn on the pan or the grill on high fire. When pan or grill is hot, place the buns on it and grill them for one minute on each side (watch out that they don’t burn!), then remove from the pan.

3: Add the oil to the pan, then add the patties and cook them for about 2-3 minutes on each side. After the initial flip of the burger, place the cheese on top of the patties so that it may melt on the burger while cooking the other side.

4: Meanwhile, slice the condiments that will go with your burgers.

5: Assemble the burger as follows to get the best taste: bottom bun, meat, lettuce, onions, tomato, pickles and top bun.

Et voila!

Bon appetit!
